Heineken France, a top global brewing company, looked for a reliable partner to provide advanced oil separator alarms for their Marseille brewery. Their primary challenge was to ensure effective separation of oil from oily rainwater, to prevent environmental pollution and meet strict environmental regulations.
Real-time monitoring for enhanced environmental protection
Heineken France partnered with Labkotec to install advanced oil separator alarm systems. Labkotec supplied both 230 V AC and solar-powered alarms, along with the LabkoNet cloud service tailored for Heineken’s brewery in Marseille. The installation covered the brewery area, and the alarm systems were linked to LabkoNet, enabling real-time monitoring from a central location.
In France, environmental regulations require the use of oil separators. Heineken France’s internal guidelines provide comprehensive details on the operation and alarms of oil separators, including their locations, design drawings, alarm-check procedures, and inspection records.
