Canal éthique de signalement
La sécurité, la responsabilité et l’éthique sont au cœur des activités de Labkotec. C’est pourquoi nous proposons un canal de signalement permettant de déclarer anonymement tout soupçon grave de mauvaise conduite. Les signalements sont traités de manière indépendante par le groupe Indutrade, et le système garantit la protection du lanceur d’alerte en toutes circonstances.
We care about safety and respect for all the people connected to our business. Our long-term success is built on making business in a fair and ethical way. This is described in the Indutrade Code of Conduct.
In order to simplify for those who want to provide information about misunderstandings that violate current legislation, ethics, morals or Indutrade’s policies, we have set up a whistleblowing system. All notifications are received and investigated by Indutrades whistleblower committee. You have an important role by raising your concern if you suspect a serious misconduct, that should be prevented or corrected. You do not need proof of your suspicions, but all messages must be made in good faith.

“WhistleB ensures the anonymity of the whistleblower. The service is separate from the organisation’s IT environment. WhistleB does not track IP addresses or other data that could identify a person sending a message. Messages are encrypted and can only be decrypted by designated individuals. WhistleB cannot decrypt and read messages.”
