We conducted a customer satisfaction survey in November-December 2024. We want to thank everyone who participated.

The responses highlighted long-term customer relationships, as over half of the respondents have been with us for more than ten years. According to the survey results, the NPS (Net Promoter Score) is 69, indicating that we have succeeded in our mission to enhance our customers’ businesses.

We received a lot of positive feedback, including development ideas. For example, many of you are interested in additional information about the carbon footprint, and you also provided thoughts for product development.

We will be in touch with those who requested contact during the beginning of the year.
